Tip #6: Bring some Organic Food Bars or other healthy, portable foods

You’ve probably noticed that airline food is mostly junky food filled with chemicals. If you are striving to avoid processed foods, don’t destroy your health by compromising and eating junk while traveling. Bring your own food and avoid the toxic food items handed out to all the other hapless passengers.

There are lots of options for easy portable food these days.

Raw nuts are a great snack to bring along from home, too.

  1. Oh you are so right - airlines have no idea what good food is - it almost tastes like cardboard. It’s all about money for them. But it’s so easy to pack a good lunch box when air traveling and so much more healthy.
