I work out at home out of necessity. With kids and other ties keeping me close to home without a lot of options during the day, I just decided several years ago that I would quit fighting it and just make it possible and pleasant to work out at home.
This works for me because it gets done just about every day. My favorite piece of fitness equipment is my Gazelle. I love this thing and it has served me very well for quite a few years. I wish there was a way to figure out how many miles I’ve put on my Gazelle because that would be an amazing number.
I would heartily encourage anyone interested in incorporating exercise into their daily routine to at least consider purchasing your own equipment. Maybe this would work for you as well as it’s worked for me.
