I just received a book I’m very excited about. It’s called: Real Food: What to Eat and Why by Nina Planck.
Real Food is under attack.
I’m looking forward to reading about how traditional foods such as butter are healthy and industrial foods are not. How and why have butter, lard, beef, cheese, eggs, and other foods gotten a bad rap over the years?
This book is full of good news about foods we love to eat. Hopefully more people will resume eating raw milk, cream, butter, egg yolks, and coconut oil without guilt. Fish, olive oil, and fresh fruit and vegetables are all good for you, too. This book explains that too.
I’ll let you know how I like the book - I’m expecting to like it a lot!
