Follow-up – Butter or Margarine?

Posted by User ImageSeeker on May 01 2008 | Uncategorized

It can be confusing, can’t it? You hear from various sources that both are bad for you. Butter comes out on top of this battle, though. Hands down.

Butter is an all natural product from cream. There are no preservatives, hydrogenated oils, or unnatural colors added.

Margarine, on the other hand, is nothing but chemicals, preservatives, and artificial colors. The hydrogenated oils that comprise margarine make it unfit for consumption and it really cannot even be called “food.”

The push away from healthful butter (eaten in moderation) toward margarine has been nothing but another betrayal by our government.
